These Terms and Conditions apply to all of the transactions between us and you. They do not affect your statutory rights. The level of service and delivery we offer is extremely important to us and we strive to ensure that the goods that you have ordered are received quickly and in perfect condition.

1. All orders to the UK mainland over £40 qualify for Free Postage and Package.

2. All orders to the UK mainland between £12 and £40.00 are subject to a delivery charge of £2.99

3. All orders to the UK mainland below £12.00 subject to a delivery charge of £4.99.

4. All orders to the Channel Islands below £40.00 are subject to a delivery charge of £4.99

5. All orders to the Channel Islands above £40.00 are subject to a delivery charge of £1.49

6. The delivery service used to deliver your order will depend on weight, size and value of the order. The normal service is a 2-5 day service, however items sent via Royal Mail can vary.

7. When items are out of stock we will dispatch your order and mark products as 'to follow' on your paperwork. We will email you to let you know an expected delivery date for them to be back in stock and give you the option of waiting, selecting an alternative or having a refund.

6. The total price payable will be stated at the time of order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take into account any increase in our suppliers' price. Or if due to an error or omission the price for the goods is wrong. In this case we will contact you offering you to pay the difference or cancel the order. On the rare occasion we will cancel the order. We are under no obligation to supply goods at an incorrect price.

7. On occasions the price payable and promotions offered on the website may differ from those at the same time in store or on other group websites. Similarly our store or other websites are under no obligation to honour any website price or promotion in the event that they differ.

On receipt of the goods we will happily give you a full refund, replace the goods or issue a credit note.

For goods that are not faulty we will happily offer a refund or exchange. Goods must be recieved unopened back to us within 7 days of receipt.

Postage costs for sending back goods that are not faulty will not be refunded.
