Question: i want to buy a larger machine i already have the tag along which is the best one to buy and which of the dies go with them please
Answer: Hi, the best one to buy is the Big Shot, you can use all Sizzix dies on this machine.The multi purpose platform is included in the starter kit.

Answer: Carriage is free for orders over £25.00 and £2.50 under that amount in the U.K

Question: What is the big shot multiservis platform for
Answer: The Multi-Purpose Platform allows you to use other wafer thin dies on your Big Shot/Big Kick

Question: Are loyalty points granted on online purchases only or also at shows?
Answer: Loyalty Points are given when you buy Sizzix goods off us either at the Shop, Shows or Online

Question: do you do gift vouchers
Answer: Yes we do they are available in £5 and you can purchase them by phone or visiting our shop

Question: how do i become a member of the bug club?
Answer: On your first order with us when you purchase a Sizzix product you will automatically be sent Bugs and a membership pack

Question: Are the crease pads a new item thats compatable with the original sizzix machine
Answer: The crease pad will only work with the Big Shot it is not compatible with the original Sizzix machine

Question: What other dies can be used on the big shot besides sizzix and ellison? Also do the sizzix original dolls clothes fit the new dress up dolls?
Answer: All Dies Work on the big Shot ie:Cuttlebug Wizard Bosskut Quick cut Revolution Double do Impress as long as you have the Multi Purpose Platform. The original dolls clothes do not fit the new body

Question: Hi can i use any brass stencil to emboss on the big shot, if so, what do i need to do so and how. many thanks Maxine
Answer: Yes you can emboss your brass stencils on the Big Shot you need to buy the Embossing rubber which is £4.00

Question: why can't I reach The Bug page
Answer: You will need your account reference if you do not have it, you will need to phone us up so that we can tell you then you will be able to acess the bug letter

Question: Which sissix products can I use with my sidekick? Some of the Sizzlits say 'med' next to them, am I limited by size?
Answer: No you can use any thin die which are called Sizzlits small or medium or the Decorative Strips though you do need the 13" cutting pads for those,you can also use Clearlits & Embosslits,hope this helps you

Answer: When we receive your membership we will put you on our system and you will be given an account reference on your 1st order from us and then you can access the Bug letter online

Question: Hello! I have bought your rubber embossing mat and I have the diagram for the order of the sandwich but I am unsure which section (or tabs) of the multi purpose platform I use. I have tried using just the bottom one (the thick white one) as it appears on the diagram but this isn't thick enough, (I tried using a card shim too). Thanks Karen
Answer: You need to use tab 1 of the multi purpose platform to emboss any more problems phone us and we talk it all through (01691 774778)

Answer: No You just need to use the extra long cutting plates which cost £11.50 and the code is 655267

Question: I have received points with my order but no membership card, savers card or bonus starter points. Will these be coming separately?
Answer: No you should have received a membership pack with your order next time you order with us just ask for one and we will send it out with the order please accept our apologies

Answer: Once you have logged in with the password we provided you, your password can be changed by clicking on the "Preferences" link under the Members section on the right hand menu.

Question: HI, I have got a Sizzix Sizzlits machine and wondering if I can use the emboslits with it and if I can - how?? Thanks Karen Evans
Answer: Yes you can in exactly the same way as a sizzlit put your paper inside the embosslit(not the XL ones) then sandwich it between the cutting plates then wind through the sidekick

Question: I have just bought a movers & shapers repositionable magnetic die. Can you tell me what I need and how to use it? I have the bigshot machine. Thanks, Linda.
Answer: You will need the Mover & Shaper Die so that you can then put your die into it and cut your aperture & card, you will also need the XL cutting plates then you use it the same as the bigz dies

Question: I have been a member of The Bug Club for ages but have only just signed up online. Should I have quoted the membership number on my card or are they treated as separate 'accounts'/purchases. Are the 'bug' stamps sent with online orders? Thanks for great products by the way! Answer: every time you buy off us shop show or online you will automatically receive the bug points you do not need the membership number, but you will need your account reference which is on any invoice you receive of us hope this helps you

Answer: If you are a member you can either have it sent to you or read it on our webpage, to have it sent to you phone us on 01691774778 and ask for a paper bug, if you want to read it online you will need your account reference, if you do not know it phone us up and we tell you your account reference

Answer: You can use you full savers card at the shop or at a show but not online as you have to send us the card and order by post any problems phone or e-mail us

Answer: You need full card of 49 stamps the 50th stamp is free on the savers card hope this is of help to you

Answer: I think i remember you from yesterday the alphabet is called Serif Essential and it is £72.50.If you would like to phone us on 01691 774 778 we will take your pre-order for those items because they are new products we dont have a date when they will be in stock but they will be sent out when they come in

Answer: To be able to give tou you Account Reference we will need your name and postcode, you dont need this to place your order you can place your order & when you get your invoice your Account Reference will be on it & you can then update your profile on the website,you get bugs for all orders over £10.00 so you will receive 3 bugs on £36.00

Answer: Hi A shim is a piece of card whatever thickness you need it to be you really only need a shim when you emboss your own brass stencils to get a deeper emboss

Answer: It all depends on the weight of the goods if you would like to email us with your order we can then work it out and email you back with the cost

Answer: We have had a few problems like this and the most common answer is usually internet explorer 8 if you uninstall it and reinstall internet explorer 7 it should then work hope this helps you

Answer: You have probably got internet explorer8 which for what ever reason doesnt let you view our page if you uninstall and reinstall internet explorer 7 you should not have any more problems

Question: Why can I not access the craft products?
Answer: If you can access the Sizzix products you should not have a problem if you cant access the Sizzix it is your internet browser you need IE7

Question: I just sent a question regarding access to your crafts page, I am using Google chrome and not explorer. This difficulty in access is going to put a lot of people off, I purchase a lot of craft products online and I have never had to login before I can even browse the site. Was this another glitch?
Answer: You do not need to login before you browse, I am not familar with Google chrome and will ask out website designer if there is a problem with it, as this is the first time we have had a issue with Google chrome

Answer: Yes we do still give on points on Sizzix goods over £10.00 as your order was to the value of £8.00 you would not have been entitled to a point

Answer: Sorry not sure what you want is it Embossing folders for the Big Shot or Texture Boutique or do you mean Texture Embossing for the Big Shot or Embossing Brass Stencils?

Question: Why has the Bug letter not been updated since August 2009
Answer: We would like to apologize for not publishing the Bug Letter recently however this is now a priority for us and you can expect a new updated Bug Letter in the very near future

Answer: We can supply to Milan, you could email a list of the code's & description's that you are looking to order. We will then let you know the postage cost, if you are happy with that you can ring us with your card details. Regarding the bug club, you automatically get registered when you place an order. However the newsletter is only posted within the UK. Hope this helps.
