Question: Can i use my BigShot Dies on my BigKick and visa versa?
Answer: Yes. All Sizzix and Ellison Design Dies are compatible with the BigShot and the BigKick.

Question: i want to buy a larger machine i already have the tag along which is the best one to buy and which of the dies go with them please
Answer: Hi, the best one to buy is the Big kick, you can use all Ellison designn dies and Sizzix dies on this machine.The multi purpose platform is included in the starter kit.

Answer: Carriage is free for orders over £25.00 and £2.50 under that amount in the U.K

Question: What is the big shot multiservis platform for
Answer: The Multi-Purpose Platform allows you to use other wafer thin dies on your Big Shot/Big Kick

Question: I have got the tag-a-long, can i use the Sizzix thin cuts with it ?
Answer: Yes you can use Sizzix Single Dies and Ellison Design Thin Cuts you can also use the extended cuts with the 13" cutting pads

Question: The backing paper section seems to be totally missing the size of the sheets. Can this please be rectified?
Answer: All papers Background Vellum and Decoupage are A4 size

Question: Are loyalty points granted on online purchases only or also at shows?
Answer: Loyalty Points are given when you buy Sizzix goods off us either at the Shop, Shows or Online

Answer: You can use our auto-email notification system to do this for you.When looking through our online products, any product that is out of stock will have a picture of a little envelope by it. By clicking on this it will automatically send you an email when the product comes back into stock.You can do this on as many out of stock products as you want.

Question: do you do gift vouchers
Answer: Yes we do they are available in £5 and you can purchase them by phone or visiting our shop

Question: how do i become a member of the bug club?
Answer: On your first order with us when you purchase a Sizzix product you will automatically be sent Bugs and a membership pack

Question: Are the crease pads a new item thats compatable with the original sizzix machine
Answer: The crease will only work with the Big Shot/Big Kick it is not compatible with the original Sizzix machine

Question: I have ordered from you then had trouble with paypal how do i know that you have received the payment from them have received your confirmation and a add new card email from paypal but not anything else
Answer: We are in the process of leaving paypal to have our own secure site but at the moment if you have not got a paypal account sometimes it will not accept your payment if that happens we will phone you up to confirm payment

Question: do you sell the sizzex or the ellson alphabet letters singley I have your stencil one brought at one of the shows but isnt right for wedding invatations but would love one of the cheap sets if its straight forward and not like the stencil set
Answer: The only Alphabet that Sizzix sell singly is the Sassy Alphabet but they are 4" which make them a bit big for invitation, you would have to buy a full alphabet or the Decorative strip alphabets

Question: Do you know when the new dress ups will be in stock. I have seen the on the back cover of one of the craft magazines that I subscribe to
Answer: Hopefully they will be in stock at the end of the month, as soon as they come in they will be on the website

Question: Will you be stocking the rub-ons and stamps
Answer: clear stamps 654950 Backgrounds#1 & 654951 #2, rub ons 655085 Hunky Dory#1 655095 Background Lines & circles 655094 Background Girl Time, 655082 Flowers spring 654080 birthday knockout, 655096 background paisley,655097 background weave & background shapes this is what we have in stock hope it helps.

Question: What other dies can be used on the big shot besides sizzix and ellison? Also do the sizzix original dolls clothes fit the new dress up dolls?
Answer: All Dies Work on the big Shot ie:Cuttlebug Wizard Bosskut Quick cut Revolution Double do Impress as long as you have the Multi Purpose Platform. The original dolls clothes do not fit the new body

Question: Will you be stock the face rub-ons
Answer: At the moment we dont know I have not seen them to order them but if we can find them we will order them

Question: The rub-ons were on the back page of the January 2008 issue of Quick Cards Made Easy the ite, number is 655269. On the same page are the new dress ups like a pirate. If that helps

Answer: yes you can emboss your brass stencils on the Big Shot you need to buy the Embossing rubber which is £2.50

Question: I purchased Sizzlits Alphabet Set at the Great Northern Paper Extravaganza on Sunday 24th February. I was given a pack which included a membership card but no number was on the card. Can you please tell me how to get my number? thanks, Joanie
Answer: When you place an order with us,or when we recieve your members form we will put you on the system and you will then have an account reference ,so next time you place an order we will tell you your account reference

Answer: You will need your account reference if you do not have it, you will need to phone us up so that we can tell you then you will be able to acess the bug letter

Answer: At the moment we do not have a price as it has not come into stock we will put the price on the website as soon as we get it.

Question: Do you sell card/little sizzles in skintone and hair colours?
Answer: We do sell skintone card and we have a range of colours in it they are 12p a sheet or 10 for £1.20

Question: Can I use the dies to cut tin cans?
Answer: If it is thin metal and you can cut it with a scissors then by using the originals or Bigz dies you should be able to, but if the metal is too thick it could break your machine

Question: Can I pay for goods without a Paypal account?
Answer: You should be able to, but we have found customers do have problems, hopefully soon we will be off Paypal it is taken us longer than we hoped, if you have trouble on Paypal you can phone us.

Question: do you still do Loyalty stickers as @ Aintree I bought the big shot & 3/4 dies but did not get my loyalty stickers I have a membership card 001172 & I have been pestering you for the swirly flower I also ordered £70 worth of good on a sizzix demonstration last week with Sue at the shop Martins cards in Bootle Litherland
Answer: We do still do loyalty stickers, I am sorry you did not receive them at Aintree sometimes we do forget, if we are busy which is why we have a notice put up asking you to remember to ask for your points, but next time you order off us just remind us about this FAQ and we will send out the points.You only get points when you buy Sizzix from the Craft Bug in Chirk

Answer: You dont have a account reference till you receive your first order then it will be on your invoice. So for your first order you dont need one but, if you phoned your order through we would tell you your acc ref as we put you straight on our system

Question: Which sissix products can I use with my sidekick? Some of the Sizzlits say 'med' next to them, am I limited by size?
Answer: No you can use any thin die which are called Sizzlits small or medium or the Decorative Strips though you do need the 13" cutting pads for those,you can also use Clearlits & Embosslits,hope this helps you
